Having started my journey in 2015, finding that I was gluten intolerant, I found it very difficult to find foods that I could eat that were Gluten-Free. I realised how may other people had the same struggle, and not being able to find nutritious meals or catering companies that could cater for their specific health requirements or intolerances, my business was born. I cater for all health requirements, that being, Gluten-Free, Keto, Banting and Low-Carb, Lactose-Free as well as Vegan, Vegetarian and/or Pescatarian. My GF products are 100% Celiac friendly.
